Sub_Urban is an artist-led music platform with a global perspective, born in Mallorca in 2006 as an underground collective focused on cultural programming and musical curation. Founded by Sebas Ramis and Vik-T, Sub_Urban was created to support spaces and communities through music direction, creative programming, and a deep connection to Balearic club culture.
In 2013, the project expanded into a record label with the launch of Sub_Urban Music, building a forward-thinking catalogue rooted in Balearic essence and moving across Deep House, Afro House and Indie Dance, shaped by soulful and nu-disco influences, USA West Coast house heritage, and a modern European melodic edge. The label has featured and collaborated with artists such as Yamil, Guri & Eider, Life on Planets, Keene, Meloko, Konvex, Cee ElAssaad, Scott Diaz, Sebb Junior, T. Markakis, N’Dinga Gaba, Ezel, alongside house masters including Kiko Navarro, Art of Tones, Fred Everything, JT Donaldson and Robert Owens.
Alongside releases, Sub_Urban continues to curate select events and community-driven programming, including its weekly residency Sub_Urban Sundays (2024–2025) in Mallorca, welcoming international guests such as Samm & Ajna, Liva K, Moeaike and Pablo Fierro, among others. Today, Sub_Urban’s mission remains the same: to curate authentic electronic music culture, connect artists and audiences through meaningful programming, and keep pushing a Balearic-rooted sound with global reach.
